Refund Policy

Guidelines for Refund:

We have very clear and easy money back policy. Your refund request will be initiated immediately if it matches any of the given below condition:

• The tool must be purchased from our PST Viewer firm or from our authorized re-sellers.
• If the functionality of licensed version is not similar to that of the demo version
• If our technical support executive unable to help you in fixing the issue related to software.

If any of the following things happens, the refund request will be marked as invalid:

• The unknown time lag in downloading procedure or communication
• Your system is unable to meet the basic requirement to run the application
• Email is marked as a spam by the email application used by the client
• It the activation email is bounced back due to some anonymous reason
• You have used the application and now you don’t need it any longer
• Bought accidentally and now want to remove it from the local machine
• The tool does not support the operating system of your machine
• If there is a delay in license processing due to the occurrence of weekend

Any misinterpretation by the customer related to data as a part of promoting software is not our responsibility. The refund task will be accomplished only when a “Letter of Destruction” signed by a client is received by us in the form of an email. And, make sure that we have received the refund email at our official id within the 30 days of purchase.

If there is any issue in the licensed version of the software, then we are always available to help you. In the case of any interruption during purchase process, you can contact our support executive and resolve it. Also read our Privacy policy before purchasing.
